Why Us?
Even though we are
relatively new in Las Vegas, we are members of both
the Las Vegas & North Las Chamber of Commerce. As we
grow our brand name through out the Las Vegas
Valley, we seek and will become a trusted partner
with many businesses, school systems, and
individuals. We have engaged the business community
by participating in various business expos including
the Girl’s Day Out in July and co –
sponsoring The Bite of Las Vegas coming up in
mid – October. We seek to partner with schools and
other learning institutions to help develop our
future leaders of tomorrow through our Rising Star
Process. Rising Stars is the perfect coaching
compliment for our students to develop those
qualities most desired from employers: Leadership,
Self – Esteem, Decision Making / Problem Solving,
Improving Communications, and how to really say
NO to peer pressure.

James
White Bio:
Jim has been working with
business and people solutions his entire career. Jim
recently retired from United Parcel Service after 36
faithful years of service. Working at UPS gave Jim some of
the best management training available. He implemented
planning and people skills to successfully execute the day
to day operations of large work crews, moving packages with
safety, service, and production. Courses in Industrial
Engineering gave him the ability to visualize, draft, and
implement plans for start up operations in new facilities.
His successful operations were run by properly
trained and supervised employees. Jim was also best suited
to use his talents in problem solving least best operations
to restore service, safety, and profitability.
Professional facilitation classes honed Jim’s
communication and coaching skills to become a District
Trainer responsible for all the updating and retraining of
all management in people and service policies. He instructed
seminars and courses utilizing the Atlanta Consulting Group,
i.e.; Trust in Teamwork, Coaching and Developing, Service
Awareness, Total Quality, and an introduction into Six
Sigma. Jim also had the opportunity to facilitate new
supervisor training schools. During his years in operations,
Jim helped hire and was responsible for the training of
approximately 1100 new employees with a high degree of
retention.
Jim is an affiliate of
Resource Associates
Corporation (RAC). RAC is a world class leader in learning
and development. They are dedicated to improving the quality
of lives, providing organizations with a competitive edge,
and creating a better today and tomorrow.
Jim is married to his lovely wife Judy; they
have 1 son, Chris and 2 daughters, Carolyn and Tracie, and 3
grandsons, Curtis, Evin, and Jonah all living in Canada
except for the youngest Daughter, Tracie, who is attending
Eastern Oregon University in La Grande, Oregon. Jim and Judy
have made Las Vegas their home since 2003. |
